The Penang Hill Festival (PHF) is back for its fourth edition and promises to be better than ever. Taking place from 21-23 July 2023, PHF2023 will be a celebration of Penang Hill’s culture, history and nature.
To make things more special, this year mark’s the 100th anniversary of the Penang Hill Funicular Railway.
