1. Operation Hours
- The Habitat Penang Hill is open to guests daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with the last entry at 6:30 PM.
2. Entrance Policies
- Guests of all ages are welcome; however, the appropriate ticket must be purchased based on age categories:
- Child: Under 3 (free entry)
- Child: 4-12 years
- Adults: 13-59 years
- Seniors: 60 years and above
Our staff reserves the right to request for ID upon entry.
- Pets are not allowed within the park.
- Children and minors are encouraged to be accompanied by adults and should be supervised during their visit.
3. Ticketing and Pricing
- Admission pricing may vary depending on the channel in which you purchase the tickets from and may change from time to time. Please refer to thehabitat.my for the latest pricing.
- We do not provide refunds. In the event that guests are unable to visit as planned, they may reschedule their visit for a later date. Please contact us at inquiry@thehabitat.my to arrange rescheduling.
4. Rules and Regulations
- Guests are reminded that The Habitat Penang Hill is situated within a permanent rainforest reserve. Please conduct yourself responsibly:
- Refrain from littering, making loud noises, chasing wildlife, or plucking plants.
- Penang Hill is designated as a smoke-free zone.

- Guests are responsible for their own safety during their visit.
- In the event of an emergency, please follow instructions provided by our park rangers.
- Should you encounter any issues while within the park, please locate and inform our park staff for assistance.

- Our park is generally accessible-friendly; however, if you require specific assistance, please contact us at inquiry@thehabitat.my before your visit to make necessary arrangements.
7. Park Closure and Changes
- We reserve the right to close the park if the safety of our guests is compromised due to adverse weather conditions. A raincheck pass will be provided to guests who are affected for a return visit at a later date.
