The Experience

Immerse yourself in the soothing art of sound healing amidst the tranquil surroundings of the UNESCO Penang Hill Biosphere Reserve. This unique experience leverages the gentle tones of Tibetan singing bowls, offering a profound form of relaxation and rejuvenation. The harmonious vibrations produced by these bowls are known to restore balance to your body, mind, and soul.

Participants will engage in breathing techniques, learn about the principles of sound healing and sound baths, and enjoy a short, guided meditation. Led by Master Arvind Shakya, in collaboration with 森颂钵音疗 Sen Singing Bowl Sound Therapy, this session promises a holistic approach to wellness, fostering inner peace and tranquility.
